We know that the commitment to a GetScribly Membership is a lot. We offer a 75% refund if you cancel your subscription in the first 7 days of signing up. We are unable to refund after this point do to the fact that our work is individually tailored to you and your business.  We also will not refund if their has been completed projects.

Once a project is completed and sent to you, it will be 100% your ownership and is allowed for any use that you choose. All my work is performed without any required recognition or credit.

All projects start with an estimated completion time of 48-72hrs. If a project is much larger and requires more work, it will need more time. I will do my best to always communicate this. For longer projects you will get updates every 2-3 days.

We will get you added to our network of trello boards. We will send you a link to get connected to the board. On the board there will be instructions that better explain how to go about submitting projects, using the board, and communicating with me in regards to the work being performed.

If you do not have any work to be done at the moment. you may pause your current billing period and restart where you left off. All billing periods are 28 days. If you choose to pause your subscription after 13 days and restart it 2 months later, we will continue with your 15 days credit left. Your Trello board will also be saved as long as you do not cancel.

Your subscription will be ended, you will lose the Trello board work as it will get deleted after 48 hours. Additionally, you will lose the subscription price at which you originally signed up and any future resubscription will require you to pay the newer subscription price.

As long as you don't cancel, you will pay the same rate for as long as you stay with GetScribly. Even if you pause your subscription, and start later, you will continue at the original subscription price.
